This largely is in the business of providing student housing. I think that this has limited growth, but the endless flow of foreign students with very few options outside of purpose-built accommodation make keep the company going.

It is trading on 15 times rental income, and has historically provided a dividend yield of 1.4%. It is forecast to be able to pay a 5% yield, which will, if it is achieved, support the price. My best guess is that it will eventually fail, but the price action is not too bad. (22 May 2023).

Price action has been all over the place since May. Sawtooth price history, going up rather rapidly, followed by a slow, steady descent. Something to be avoided, I think.
