Trustpilot (TRST) is not a review platform. It’s a business model built on coercion and fake credibility:
Deceptive model – Businesses are forced to pay to manage reviews on a platform they never chose. Rampant fakery – Widespread review inflation and fabricated feedback across categories. Google threat – With reviews now integrated into search and AI answers, Trustpilot traffic is shrinking fast. No future – Its lifeline partnership with Google depends entirely on Google’s goodwill.
